Dearmoring is an approach that integrates trauma-informed bodywork, breathwork, and energy healing to gently invite the release of unprocessed emotions and experiences held within the muscles, fascia, and nervous system. Grounded in safety and heartfelt presence, this therapeutic process alleviates symptoms of pain, numbness, and tension while addressing the emotional impact of past experiences, inviting a reconnection to self and a return to wholeness.
Nichole also offers Reiki energy healing sessions and erotic empowerment coaching. Her initiation into the world of embodiment began over a decade ago in the sensual arts. She is certified in Somatic Alignment, Usui Reiki, and has completed advanced trainings in genital dearmoring, Tantra, and somatic trauma therapy. She is currently pursuing certification in Sexological Bodywork.
