SARAH SACK

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports young adults and adults navigating anxiety, self-worth challenges, and relationship difficulties.

Her work is especially focused on helping thoughtful, insightful clients who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, codependency, or difficulty setting boundaries. Often, these struggles are shaped by earlier life experiences and relationship dynamics that continue to impact emotional well-being and connection.

Sarah takes a whole-person approach to healing, integrating mindfulness, relational work, and trauma-informed care. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand the patterns that may be holding them back, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate healthier relationships—with both themselves and others.

Sarah believes deeply in each person’s capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. She offers a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can show up authentically, feel deeply seen, and move toward a life with more joy, resilience, and possibility.

As both a therapist and artist, Sarah values creativity, authenticity, and connection in the healing process. Her background in yoga and mindfulness also informs her grounded, holistic approach to emotional well-being.
