TRACEY KIERNAN


Tracey’s approach blends gentle compassion with focused work to effectuate lasting change. Using a combination of Gestalt, ACT, CBT, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic techniques, she helps you get grounded and regulated first, then together, safely explore the deeper roots of your patterns and pain. This is not just about learning about your patterns and their sources, it is about integrating what you learn about yourself into your daily life - that's where the real change happens and that’s how it lasts.

Before becoming a therapist, Tracey was a lawyer in NYC and a US Military Veteran - so she understands the pressure, the high performance requirements, and the burnout that can come with high-functioning, high-achieving lifestyles. Tracey knows how it feels to appear put-together while quietly falling apart. That’s why she offers a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, you just need a willingness to start.

Tracey earned her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2025 and she is dedicated to helping women find joy, clarity, and wholeness again. This work is a journey and she is honored to walk alongside you.
